Gift Hamper Terms & Conditions

Gift It Hampers Australia endeavor to supply the best possible experience for the customer and/or lucky recipient receiving one of our magnificent giftboxes or hampers.

 

 

General Terms

  • We reserve the right to store the account information for the purchaser and recipient used to place the order in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • All orders placed (including alcohol) may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18

 

Products & Pricing

  • All prices stated on the website and/or marketing material are in Australian Dollars $AUD and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery fees are extra and stated on the delivery page and at checkout. If no delivery fee or delivery options available at checkout please contact us via online chat, email or phone as you maybe in a remote or regional area outside our delivery zones.
  • We endeavour to provide accurate photos and product descriptions of the products available however these colours are approximations and therefore cannot guarantee look the same on your monitor or the product descriptions are free from error. Some photos may include additional props (ie bowl of nuts or wine glasses) but unless stated in the product description it is not included.
  • We deserve the right to modify and update any products, pricing and/or descriptions without notice

Orders & Payment

  • Orders (products & delivery charges) are paid in full via one of our secure payment gateways at checkout before order is dispatched. The payment must be received by our payment gateway for the order to proceed. Should a payment fail or be declined, the user must get in contact with their bank/financial institution to investigate the reason. We will supply any payment gateway error codes / transaction data to the bank/financial institution with your authorisation.
  • You agree to supply correct account, delivery address and message details for all orders placed. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply for any order that has to be redirected or resent to an alternate address
  • At no time is any credit card details/payment information recorded on our site

 

Delivery

  • Our standard business hours are 8:30am-4pm Monday-Friday AEST.
    Orders processed before 8:30am will be processed same day and outside of those standard business hours will be processed the following business day (in the event a public holiday falls Monday-Friday the order will be processed on the next available working day)
  • Same Day delivery available to Gold Coast metro suburbs for orders placed before 1pm unless stated on the date picker that delivery not available, delivery will be completed up to approx 6pm. Email confirmation sent once delivery complete.
  • Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products listed on the website and are calculated based on number of products, size & weight and final delivery location.
  • Delivery times and preferred dates requested are approximations only.
  • We offer same day delivery to Gold Coast metro suburbs for orders placed before 1pm. We use third party courier services to deliver and therefore cannot guarantee delivery dates requested. In the event that delivery or your item does not arrive on the date specified or within the approximate delivery times, this does not warrant reason to cancel the order or failure of our agreement.
  • We request a mobile contact number for the recipient as maybe required during delivery for access to premises, confirm delivery or re-delivery options. (the recipient will not be send unsolicited marketing material.
  • In the event the courier company is unable to successfully deliver the goods at no fault of their own, the customer is then solely responsible for any re-delivery fees that apply
  • Goods left unattended that are damaged, lost or stolen are the responsibility of the customer and therefore we hold no liability and cannot offer replacement or refund of the product and/or delivery costs.

Cancellations

Order maybe cancelled anytime before the day of dispatch, cancellations will incur an administration charge of $10. We are not able to offer a refund on the day of dispatch as the gift will already be in transit.

 

Refunds

  • Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or the recipient did not appreciate the gift received.
  • All items are packaged carefully and checked with the highest of quality control measures in place. Should an item be damaged please send photos to customercare@gifthampersaustralia.com.au or via the website live chat. Management will investigate and respond in 24 hours with options available for a positive resolution for all.

Complaints

Please direct complaints to customercare@gifthampersaustralia.com.au so they can be addressed by management. All complaints will be acknowledged in 24 hours with regular updates from there on the progress in resolving your dispute.
