Gold Coast orders are normally delivered same day or next day unless recipient requests a specified day (we normally txt recipient to confirm someone available to accept delivery). Orders being sent outside of the Gold Coast will have a tracking number and/or status update sent to the sender's email address (please check spam folder).

Depending on the email provider there maybe a slight delay. Also check your spam folder, if sent to spam select option "Not Spam" for future correspondence.

Email confirmation is sent when order is placed, order notes/order updates and delivery/item received. Please check spam folder if not received in inbox
Do deliveries have to be signed?
You have the option at checkout to authorise to leave Yes/No if unavailable, however if the gift contains alcohol the recipient must be over 18 years of age and sign for the item. In the case where there is no authority to leave we will confirm availability with the recipient before delivery to confirm received ok and not stolen or damaged due to weather.

Yes orders placed up to 7pm will be delivered next day to central Gold Coast suburbs providing the delivery date is available at checkout, the gift will be delivered on the Gold Coast the next day between 8am-6pm unless orgainsed with the recipient beforehand. Delivery confirmation is sent to the email address entered at checkout (please check spam folder). Gold Coast hinterland may take an extra day
Do you Deliver Weekends or Public Holidays?
